Greendrinks is proud to host two monks from the Buddhist order Nipponzan Myohoji, an order solely focused on working for world peace. Each of these monks have walked thousands of miles on Peace Walks and are currently finishing the Great Smoky Mountains Peace Pagoda, the third such pagoda in the US which will be about 100 feet high and visible from I-40, about 1 hour’s drive west of Asheville. Come learn about this noble cause and expand your cultural horizons.
